important updates

ok so, since our last few posts have been rather wordy and lengthy, i thought i would keep this one short and to the point. especially because there is a lot to cover here and a lot to digest. and digestion is already hard enough as it is right? right, so here we go.

first, our west coast tour is DONE and was an amazing success! see the post below for more.

next, we are coming BACK to southern california next weekend april 18th and 19th. saturday the 18th we are playing with the almighty 108 in riverside ; sunday the 19th with our dear friends in final fight in LA . these shows are going to be AWESOME as all the bands playing them are. they may also be some of your last opportunities to pick up a first pressing of our new ep "destroy all calendars."





that's right the first pressing of "destroy all calendars" is nearly gone. last i heard there were about 40 left at glory kid so time is running out. the band has a few copies left too. there will be a second pressing of this record soon probably with all new colors... but do you really wanna be the guy/grrl with a second pressing? i didn't think so.

which brings us to some bigger news. our next tour kicks off in phoenix may 20th and with the almighty vegan-straight-edge-swedish-machine anchor! this is their first time in the united states and we are beyond excited to ask them everything they know about refused and ikea. most of the tour is booked so head over to our myspace to see the dates. we are playing most of the country this time around so get ready to party midwest/south!

in other european news, we have teamed up with an amazing label based out of italy called refoundation records for our first european release! this 9 song cd titled "everything familiar" is a collection of our first two ep's, one of which was previously only available on vinyl. we will have a limited number of copies of this cd on our upcoming tour so this will probably be your only chance to get one here in the US. we are beyond excited to have teamed up with a label that shares our belief in the capacity of hardcore to change the world around us for the better. refoundation does not exist simply to create products for people to consume; they are an ideological group of kids dedicated to the resistance of all forms of oppression of this culture and donate 1 euro of every sale to causes who fight for humyn, animal, and earth liberation. head over to their site and check out our bio section (as well as all of their other bands!) we will be touring europe late this year/early next year too. we can't wait.

the layout and design for "everything familiar" was done by death and taxes designworks out of hamburg, germany. working with lexi was a really easy really amazing process; he has an incredible eye for design and has worked with everyone from bane to bayside. if you ever need design work done, get in touch with him!

we are playing with polar bear club in phoenix may 8th! this band is fantastic, PLEASE check them out and come to the show.
